We offer in person pick up for customers who are located in Vancouver, BC. We ask that pick up time is arranged after the order is made. We will contact you based on the information given at check out to arrange a time.

Shipping Policy

Shipping across Canada available. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

We offer three services for shipping with Canada Post:
Within BC shipping
1-3 business days guaranteed

Priority - fastest shipping within Canada
Guaranteed next business day delivery between major urban cities.

Express - on time guaranteed shipping within Canada
1-3 business days guaranteed (depending on shipping distances).

We ship Monday to Wednesday weekly for all shipping options to avoid weekend holdups. Each order is provided with a tracking number for customer's for real time tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Please carefully select the appropriate shipping option when placing your order. If the wrong shipping method is selected at checkout, we may be unable to ship your order until the shipping charge is corrected. We will contact you if necessary, and the customer will be responsible for any difference in shipping costs.

What’s your refund policy for live plants?

Accepted Answer

Because we ship live plants, we can’t offer refunds for shipping delays, damage, or other issues that happen in transit and are outside our control. We inspect and package every order carefully before it leaves us. Once your package is with the carrier, we’re not responsible for transit conditions or delays.
